Specifications
For more than 20 years, OBO Modulan has been considered to be the premier polyurethane tooling board on the market. Its proprietary formulation makes this product very homogeneous and dimensionally stable. The unique design properties give Modulan outstanding machining characteristics, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and minimal dissipation of dust when machined. McCausey maintains an extensive inventory of densities and sizes. The new 700 series tooling board is custom made to your size and approximate shape - a maximum of 11" x 39 x 98, reducing material consumption and machining time with no glue lines. We can easily determine the proper grade of Modulan you will need, relative to the sophistication of your project and dimensional tolerances required.

Specifications
McCausey Lumber's new Fine Board™ pattern making material is an economical MDF product. The MDF boards are made from wood chips that are ground to a pulp, then mixed with glue and formed under high pressure. The boards havea density of approximately 40lb/ft³.
