Composed entirely of Maple wood veneers that have been carefully selected and kiln dried. The veneer layers are bonded with special white glue and each piece is precisely sanded to uniform thickness calibration. The end result is a very flat, void-free panel that can be cut with laser. The use of dense Maple wood ensures stability of the die cutting-rule, thereby enhancing cutting tolerances and the ultimate life of the die.

Composed entirely of select White Birch wood veneers. Each veneer is carefully selected for defects to ensure the finished product has a solid core, and uniformly kiln dried to make sure each panel is balanced and will not warp. The veneer layers are bonded with interior white glue, in event the die pattern will be cut with laser. Birch die boards are not as dense as Maple die boards, and therefore recommended for low volume die cutting operations, when the production life of the die is not so critical.

Copper Beech 7 ply, 10 pc/crate

Composed of very dense, Beech wood veneers, that have been carefully selected, kiln dried and laminated, specifically for steel rule die fabrication. This die board plywood is designed for those die-cutting applications with the most stringent production tolerances, where the stability of the cutting-rule is imperative.
