Natrual characteristics such as knots and wane are rearranged to maximize strength and minimize warping and splits. Essentially, Master Plank laminated scaffold boards are homogeneous and have superior strength properties as compared to sawn plank of like size. And, because Master Plank is made from light-weight Spruce wood veneers, it is consider the lightest engineered wood scaffold board on the market.
